CANCELLATION POLICY
✨ Booking & Cancellation Policy ✨ • A 50% deposit is required to secure all appointments. This deposit goes toward your total service cost. • New Clients: Deposits are non-refundable once the appointment is booked. If you cancel your appointment, the deposit will not be returned. In addition, if you cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice or do not show up, you will be charged the remaining balance (the rest of the service cost). • Returning Clients: Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations (less than 48 hours) or no-shows will result in a 100% charge of the scheduled service. Thank you for respecting my time and supporting my small business 💖
